Common questions
- Where exactly is our data stored?
- On Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Hanoi, with a high-specification Vietnamese cloud provider for services AWS does not yet offer locally. Backups are stored in Vietnam too.
- Who can see our patients’ records?
- Only the staff you authorise, limited by their role. Our engineers access systems only for support you request, and every access is logged.
- We need a system before 2027. What should we do?
- Talk to us now. We can host your current software securely or build what you need, then move you to EdgeCare when it launches.
- What happens if we leave?
- You take your records with you in standard FHIR format, and we securely delete our copies.
